u.emie operates this site. Throughout the website, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to u.emie. By browsing our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products

Every u.emie product is handcrafted in small batches and baked to order. Website photos are for reference purposes only. Because we use natural ingredients and artisanal methods, minor variations in color or texture may occur. These are unique traits of handmade goods and do not constitute defects.

Ordering and Payment

Full payment is required for order confirmation. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if we cannot reach you to verify specific purchase details.

Shipping and Delivery

We provide delivery within Vancouver and Richmond, BC. Shipping is free for orders over $70 CAD; otherwise, a flat $9.99 fee applies. For more information, please see our Shipping page. Please ensure someone is available to collect the order, as perishable items cannot be left unattended.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications. Since our treats are made to order, all sales are final. If your items arrive damaged, please email hello@uemie.com within 24 hours with photos included. We review these instances individually to ensure a fair resolution for you.

Intellectual Property

All site content—including text, photography, logos, and graphics—belongs to u.emie. It may not be copied, redistributed, or used for any purpose without our prior written consent.

Policy Updates

We may update these terms at our discretion. Any modifications will be posted here with a new revision date. By continuing to use our website after these changes are published, you agree to comply with the updated terms and conditions.
